Positive: that we got to check in early! The room was very clean and neat and the beds were great!! Negative: I thought it had a hot breakfast it did have a waffle maker that you made your own but the drink dispensers didn't work and there was not any biscuits to go with the gravy!!

Positive: The people were very helpful. They had to cancel this reservation due to car trouble. Didn't get to my destination; but stayed two nights before since I wasn't able to travel further. They accommodated me to another night's stay and canceled this on Negative: The breakfast was not very good. The biscuits were very hard. But the gravy was delicious.

I really enjoy staying at Sleep Inn hotels. The staff is always super helpful & this place did not disappoint. I had already booked online through Choice Hotels on Saturday, so when I arrived I did not expect to be asked so many helpful questions. What floor do I prefer? Wait, I have a choice? And would I like my room closer or further away from the elevator? That’s an option?? Omg sign me up, you’ll always be my go to place when I’m down here on my monthly route! What an experience!! Such gratitude ♥️ And why not stay here, it was nearly 2/3 the price of the Sleep in just south of here. Loved the beds, I prefer firm over soft. I always bring my own pillow so I’m no help in that department. But everything was CLEAN and so comfortable that I overslept! I also appreciated the charging station next to the bed. So many times I have to dig behind a bed to find an outlet. That was a gem.

Was charged 12.68 for something no one could explain. Tried to get a refund for our second stay, since the 12.68 was not returned as promised. Was told by booking.com there was a 36.00 cancelation fee. Both Sleep Inn, and Booking.com are not worth the hassle. Expedia and Holiday Inn are a better value.
