Was told by my tax person that on Saturday there would be a walk in day for people without appointments needed. Nobody is here, there is no way to get to the third floor because the door is locked. The elevators in this building are not working either. What a waste of time. There's no number to call the office, it's impossible to get ahold of someone.

Was expecting the visit to be a pain, but they were surprisingly quick and helpful. Printed out the stuff I needed right away and fixed the error I made on the form I brought in. Not a bad experience in the slightest.

I showed up at the location to try and make an appointment and they said no... You just have to keep calling. I found that if you call the 1040 number then select 1 then 2 then 3 they connect you to an operator. Hope this helps
