I love my Envision and Brian was great DURING the process and I test drove and bought all within an hour. After leaving, I called Brian to be sure who to write out my certified check to. He called back within 5 mins of me leaving a message. Next day, I dropped off my check and had to call back because I didn't know how to remove the previous owners information out of the system. I NEVER heard back from Brian. It's been 2 weeks and still no phone call back to even check to see how I like the vehicle. I was going through the owners manual and found the previous owners information including a copy of a check. That SHOULD NOT have been left in the vehicle. I also found what I would call a hidden compartment and inside was melted chap stick. It's gross and very hard to get rid of.
