Friendly and prompt service to get cool treats on a hot day bicycling the Prairie Spirit Trail. Half of the fountain drinks were not available in the air conditioned dining room, but it is the ice cream and Blizzard we came for!

I'm sure we are the only ones that have an issue with this location. They need to recalibrate their pepsi fountains. It wasn't running correctly. Too much carbonation ratio to the pepsi product. They were out of numerous drink syrups. I ended up drinking water because well how can one screw up water. Our order was incorrect. We asked for onion rings, but she rang up cheese curds. We brought it to their attention, they wouldn't correct their mistake. Chicken strips were cold. Tables were dirty, people standing around when they could've been cleaning. Just all round bad experience there.

Used to love going here, had quality food at good prices… now it’s a gamble if you’re going to get fresh/hot food or the correct order. Major decline in the last 5 years, customer service needs some work too aside from Michelle! 1/2 full gravy cups pretty consistently and overpriced!

Questions & Answers

Why doesn't a blizzard fall out of it's cup when it's flipped upside down?

Surface tension of ice cream is high which is why it is 'sticky'. When you combine that with the fact that it is nearly a solid instead of a liquid it is like the cup and ice cream are glued together. Wait a few minutes and let the ice cream melt around the edges and that trick will fail.
