I wasn't overly impressed with the food today. It was just all right for me, but I have liked Zoe's Kitchen, so I'll likely give them another chance. Maybe you'll go there and it'll be wonderful, but for me, today, it was just ok.

Normally this is my spot for guilt free dinner. But lately the quality has been inconsistent. Today really upset me because for $15 I would expect to have full size portions of a "premium" side. Very disappointed.

I just dropped by to say how great of an experience that I have every time that I come to Zoës kitchen. I remember my first time, I was greeted by a redhead hostess I’m not sure of her name she wears glasses she greeted me with the most warming smile and welcoming tone. She actually told me or recommended to me what I should try, since it was my first time eating there and oh boy was she so absolutely right! So today I return again to be greeted by her my wonderful redhead hostess with the glasses thank you for always being there thank you for always making my food so fresh thank you for always being so professional and courteous thank you for everything, until I see you again!

If I could give zero that would be the score! First time visit on 06/27/2021. I would not eat at this location. My steak kabobs were ice cold. I had to return them for a remake. The remake was just as bad. Meat was incredibly tough and loaded with fat and gristle. I tried to eat it because I was starved, but only got enough meat to make up one kabob. Next, the Grilled potato salad was burnt. The potatoes were left on the grill so long they were not edible and charred. All I could taste was the burnt grill. They didn’t even bother adding the green onions or dressing. I guess the cooks are making the recipes their own way at this place. The cooks seem annoyed and like they wanted to be someplace else. The quality of their terrible work ethic and poor attitude is definitely rubbing off on the food here. Last thing the young lady pulling orders was cleaning the dining room and then pulling food orders off the cook line without washing her hands. She touched and put my Greek dressing with unclean hands and threw it on top of my Greek salad. Workers shouldn’t touch food or food products without washing their hands. Another came back in the front door from a smoke break - walked behind the food counter without washing her hands either. Customer service is horrible. Requested a full refund and I will never return.
