Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Lobby and breakfast area was pleasing to the eye. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Priced reasonably. Pool area looked cool but did not use on thus stay. No hot tub that I could see though.

Very well kept & clean! The front desk ladies were very friendly! Breakfast bar attendant did a great job at keeping it well stocked and clean! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. I called and explained that a family member was in the hospital, and I needed to stay overnight. The staff were excellent. I'd stopped at the nearby Kohl's, picked up a nightgown. When I mentioned that I needed to get a toothbrush, they have me one and even helped me with a comb. The next morning, more excellent staff members were on duty. The breakfast was delicious, with very filling protein, fruit, and morning carbs for those who want them. They made the folded crepes with cheese sauce. I don't know what else was in the sauce, but they tasted great. Great coffee, juice, etc. One thing that I really appreciated was their attention to good air flow throughout the hotel. My room was quiet, clean, up-to-date, with free WiFi. In the early morning, I woke and looked outside. The view of a far-away T-storm was stunning. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

For the price point I was just wanting a clean place to rest my head for the night but this Best Western exceeded my expectations. It is clearly either brand new or newly remodeled, everything was very nice and modern. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Even with everything going on they still had a great breakfast spread with individually packaged items. On top of that it is in a very safe area with lots of dining options all around and a Walmart down the street. I won't stay any where else from now on when we are in Wichita for competitions.
