Absolutely terrible customer experience. VERY POOR service knowledge and troubleshooting of standby gensets. They also lack the ability to do simple repairs effectively. They ordered uneeded parts and wouldn't sell me the part they ordered for me??? Never experienced anything quite like it and hopefully I never have to again. Wouldn't recommend this place EVER!!

I'm not exactly sure my wife and I were only there twice and well that's twice to many ! It was a large purchase so you would think you wouldn't be just another number ! I get more respect going to lowes or home depot where it's not a small town shop or business that your trying to support
