This particular location is horrible..They profile customers and follow them around the store and then you can hear them whisper about people. This store is known for how horribly rude the staff and managers are and quite a few of them harassed my family online while a family member of mine was in a coma on life support, then messaging our friends asking personal questions about us..Crazy !!!!!!..The Clinique representative is rude AF and is usually the one profiling people and throwing dirty looks at pretty women lol it's like middle school in there. The salon is just OK in my opinion..I got a nice haircut but was severely overpriced considering that they also never have the recommended hair products in stock for me..I found a better salon for half the price that actually has my hair products in stock..The MAC representative looks like the clown on the TV show called The Big Comfy Couch..She doesn't know how to apply makeup AT ALL..And she uses blush across the entire center of her face from ear to ear. Not a good look for MAC ..A brand I've used for many many years. They have talentless women selling brands without any knowledge of how to apply makeup properly....The cashiers have no personality they might as well use robots or self checkouts .The whole place needs new management and staff... Anything you want, you can get at either Sephora , Dillard's, etc. or on the websites for the actual brands..Spare yourself the headache

My GF is in love with this store, and I can't do anything about it, lol. I finally went in the other day, and now I'm hooked to their cologne section! Highly recommend recommended for hair and skin necessities! If you take your GF, you might be there for a while, drop her off and come back, lol. They have unisex bathrooms with no symbols, so that threw me off at first, but they were clean!
