I ordered Brisket & a loaded BP thru DoorDash. My Dasher contacted me & said they were out of BP’s at the moment and they wouldn’t have more ready for a couple of hours and I asked what else I would like in place of it. He put me on speaker phone where, the Dickey’s employee, Destiny, offered to replace it with a loaded baked potato casserole. I expressed my lack of enthusiasm for the casserole, as it’s just not the same as a regular loaded baked potato. Destiny said she would fix it up to where I wouldn’t know the difference. I was skeptical but agreed. When my order was delivered, I opened the BP container & it looked just like a loaded BP & was every bit as good as, if not better than, the loaded baked potato! Destiny went above and beyond to make me happy and that’s great customer service! I called to thank her!
