Came here on a Monday for my 4 year daughter and I both experiencing ear aches and sinus issues. We were seen quickly but were just as quickly told we didn’t have ear infections and that it was probably a virus. It’s Thursday and after many sleepless nights, pain and back to back Motrin and Tylenol for 5 days we both saw our regular pcps, got our infections properly diagnosed and now are starting our antibiotics 4 days later than we should have. Will not be returning here.

Well if I could give zero stars I would. This place needs to be shut down if they can not do their jobs properly. I had a 1015 appointment that I made online and when I checked in, I was told there was 1 more person in front of me. After waiting for 45 minutes after my appointment someone came out and called someone else back. The people who make the appointments online should be taken at there scheduled appointment times, because we did our wait at home. And the people who walked in should be the ones waiting. This place needs to be shut down. Also I am taking this even further in the giesinger system.

Poor service refuses to apologize for not taking people with appointments first and not making everyone wear mask!!! They need to be shut down!
