I took my puppy Luna here for an emergency visit as her vet was unable to see her. The entire staff was kind and compassionate. After her exam and xrays, the vet was able to put my mind at ease and let me know she was okay. I would definitely call them again for my pets.

My only experience with VVCH was to provide end of life care... they provided for my cat when a smaller vet couldn't provide 24/7 care. They were SO empathetic and explanatory when I needed to long distance call and determine his condition and what to do next. They were extremely accommodating for having the whole family in for the end. For such an awful moment, I cannot recommend Village Vet of Hamburg enough. They have a private room and private entry/exit to meet this need, which was so appreciated.

I was a witness to a phone conversation a few days ago, which was disheartening. How is it possible that your clinic would not allow a client of yours to pick up medicine you prescribed for pain? Your excuse was that you were in emergency hours, which brings up another question. How difficult can it be to open a door and hand it to your client? Truly your lack of empathy and compassion is mind boggling. This is the fact: Your client, suffered needlessly.

Prices are fair, the vets and vet techs are fabulous. They take great care of my pets and they take time to answer all of my questions
