Great place for a large group. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Close to Watkins Glen. Cascade falls right in the backyard. Clean and modern inside. Only concern is the hot water tank is limited when large groups are all showering at the same time.

Just left a family vacation at this rental and it’s in the perfect location. Lots of space, some games and Legos for kids and nearby shops/ cafes. 6 mins from Watkins Glenn! Had a great time and would come back again!

Stayed in the cold months was warm and toasty very clean with falls right next to parking lot very nice also could be seen at night from the room window
