I recently brought 10 of my knives to Fairport Sharpening to be sharpened. The process was incredibly efficient - you make an appointment online ensuring that there is no waiting - someone is there to help you. My knives were done the next day. Pete did a great job - they look great and are very sharp. Wish I had done it sooner. I would definitely recommend Fairport Knife Sharpeing.

No. They get very sharp. I use CBN wheels to sharpen knives which is ideal for the hard steel that shun uses.
