Have purchased several bikes and have had nothing but bad experiences, including waiting 4 hours at a dealership to purchase an assembled new floor model outright. 4 HOURS! Ordering and delivery at Austin Ducati was the exact opposite. Everyone at Austin Ducati made certain my questions were answered and were exceptionally helpful!
