Not great. Over easy eggs were so hard my kids (unknowingly) made fun of how unappetizing they looked. Waiter talked to us once and we had to call him over to finally pay. No offered refills on obvious things like coffee at breakfast. Refilled an iced tea but charged us for it (never indicated it costs extra). Quality of food is advertised and depicted in images as higher quality. It’s pretty basic hotel restaurant food. Hit up a diner instead for half the cost!

We stopped at heirloom and had high expectations based on several reviews and blog posts. We were seated quickly but the service was slow. Cocktails were delicious but the food was underwhelming. Not bad but not memorable.

We wanted to try out the saturday brunch menu at Heirloom and it was quite good. Very good quality and perfect quantity for the price point. Nice ambience. Service… can be improved, however

I specifically asked for "uncut toast" and "bacon not well". The bacon was so tough I could not even chew it. You can tell it was pre-cooked yesterday. Now I understand why there is only 3 people in the restaurant. Just because you have the means to open a restaurant doesn't mean you should.
