Malik was awesome! Made my day and was overall a fun person (not to mention he got the poke right on the first try which was awesome). Paula was fun to talk to as well. Staff are happy and are great people.

Had the worst experience 😪. Went in to donate blood because the hospital was in need.I don't know were they got the staff but it was all bad.Blew up my vein, if I could upload a picture you would not believe it.If I could give a zero star that's what it would be.You may wish to donate blood with someone else.This was the 1st time in 30 plus years that I have donated and it sure puts a sour taste in my mouth.

I am pro donating blood, it literally saves lives. But this company is like a shiny apple thats rotting on the inside. Working for this company was a huge let down. I wanted to be there, I loved the donors. You will never meet so many kind and giving people Working at the blood bank. For most of the people hired on we find a very confusing work environment. A company that preaches kindness with out showing it to their own co-workers. The women in charge of this place are a toxic clique from the manager to the team trainer. They don't even like their CEO. Returning donors will notice the revolving door of phlebomist. It's because the stress isn't worth the poor pay of $16. A new employee should be able to feel like they can ask the more experienced employees from help but most often you'll find a cold shoulder.

I went today because I saw that they were in critical need of O+ blood and was told I couldn’t donate because I take antibiotic to treat acne. I was really disappointed. The person who went my paperwork was very unprofessional and rude. I literally had to tell him to move because he was blocking the door on my way out. I am giving 3 starts because the lady at the front desk was very nice.
