For the second time this week my order was prepared wrong. We ask for a burger without cheese due to dairy allergies and we got a CHEESEBURGER. I also asked for certain condiments for my cheese burger which were not included. So I go back a few days later (today) asked for a burger with the condiments I specifically wanted and again FAIL! I just tried to call the restaurant, located in Norwich Ct, and no one ansrd after several attempts. You need to thoroughly train new people especially if they are running the drive thru. It’s maddening and inconvenient to return to this restaurant. Some workers display impatience and annoyance. It’s not necessary. Life long customer

If I owned this franchise location I would fire everyone that was working today. I ordered online showed up and there was about 15 cars in the drive thru, not a big deal so I went in the lobby. Awesome only 2 ppl in front of me and one was already ordering. It took 20 minutes to tell them I ordered online. No one was moving with purpose. You could tell that it didn’t make a difference to the employees if there was one person in line or 20. They moved at the same slow pace.
