Probably not, the small lake has no public access. But you could try it, worst thing someone would tell you is to leave. Good luck.
We brought our puppy out to train her to listen to commands without the leash. Some maintenance people were walking around the park and didnt say anything to us. Although I would recommend bringing doggy mess bags just out of respect for the park and future games that would be held there.
