5 days ago BEWARE - What a terrible management of a service department. It is not the employees working in the service department who mess up. They seem to have a large turn around of employees. We scheduled a soft top replacement three times. The third time the General Manager tells me we don't have an appointment and proceeds to chew me out and tell me I can go to another dealership if I don't like it. Then the lady working in the service department finds my appointment in the computer. Then the GM changes his tone completely and wants to be nice.. This is a management problem. The General Manager is hot headed, gives poor service to customers, and micro-manages. THE SCHOOL YARD BULLY!! All employees in the repair shop are working under undue stress, which impacts customer service. HE IS NOT USER FRIENDLY!!

Service is bad my kids made a appointment for last Wed.took off work and was told no appointment was made.lady in front at service desk was told same thing no appointment on books.dealership had car for over a week and kept saying part was coming in next day but no part and recalls wasn't even fix.Had to take somewhere else.

I am in town working for the month and very interested in trading a 21 F-150 for a new 22 F-150. I submitted an internet form lead nearly 3 weeks ago and never did hear a thing from this dealer. I spent 25 years in the car business and we averaged less than 10 minutes response time to customers on internet leads. Is business that good right now that you can completely ignore opportunities? Pretty sad.

Hello Douglas, sorry for the mishap. At times there are hiccups in the system and they don't happen often but I do apologize on behalf of our dealership and hope things have gotten settled.
They are using precaution. But option here because we are not ordered to wear mask. Our spread is not the same as others. We have less people here and have always stayed clean before covid-19 😉
Be careful about buying a car from the Camdenton facility. I do not trust their ethics
