If something comes up and you call to miss one appointment they terminate you. I had not even known they did this and waited over a week for a refill for ASTHMA medicine you know the medicine that if I run out of my inhaler i will not be able to breath. Called because no refill and been sent in that's when I found out. But they said they sent a letter I never got the letter. They let my meds run out before I found out. ZERO STARS STOP PLAYING GOD.

I called to get test results for my son, worried sick about how the treatment they gave him didn't work, the nurse was so rude and uncaring. I just asked a question and she literally acted like I was bothering her and just wanted me off the phone. I was literally almost in tears over what this could be, but she couldn't care less.
