Absolutely one of the worst TA in the country. Alex the clerk and Mark the manager are one of a kind. I was buying laundry soap and needed quarters to wash my laundry and Alex told me that when he needs quarters he goes to the bank. Alex says they don't have them cause quarters carey covud. Look over the counter and Theresa's 2 unopened rolls in the drawer. I went across the street got quarters. Came back made a remark as to how they had them and Alex continued to argue with me and was making no sense whatsoever. Oh well I will not be back to this ta again. I'd give 0 stars if I could. I'd stay away drivers . Oh and the washers aint been wiped down in weeks . Absolutely disgusting!

Long, long, long wait... Gentleman for pm shift was nice, as was the lady at service desk for am shift. Service technicians are doing their best to keep up with the work. Overnight service desk guy was very vague, basically dishonest. Seemed like his answers were what he thinks you want to hear. That dishonesty makes it difficult to effectively communicate with other involved parties.

Although shop personally are friendly, the mechanics..or at least the I needed for a Annual Insp didn't want to show up. Made appt day in advance and time I was scheduled for came and went with no workers.
