Great experience from start to finish! Four of us had the 5 course prix fix tasting menu with wine pairings, and everything was delicious. Portions were generous without making us overstuffed, or wanting more. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant! Server PJ was the best, and made the experience outdoors even more fun!

12/30/2021- First time at Present Company and will most certainly go back. We had a 7:45 reservation and the restaurant was full. They added patio and bar outside that is completely covered and heated that transformed the entire place. Im sure in the summer you can hear Tariffville gorge which would be added feature sitting on the patio. We looked at the bar and said this is a bar we could visit and have a glass of wine before dinner. It's a nice big bar. Love the two different menus. Free choice menu of 3 courses or a one price fix of 5 courses. Next time Im doing the 5 course. I had foie gras that was out of this world. Jim had quail for our starters. Wine selection was finally perfect in size meaning you didn't have 30 bottles to choose from. and pray that if spend $75 or $80 the wine will not be horrible. They took the time to taste the best and put it on the wine list for us. It was a lovely 2 hour dining experience. We thought we were in NYC with the service and the quality. Just a really amazing dinner experience. From the service, which is great and what you’d want when spending $250 for a dinner for two, to the presentation and quality of food, it’s a 10/10. It’s super romantic, with a very unique, fun menu. We had the tagliatelle and the tortellini apps, and then the short ribs and pork chop dinner. All of it was delicious. We tried the chocolate dessert and the peanut butter dessert. They were absolutely ridiculous. It was the best dessert I can remember in a while. We’re already planning our trip back.

Creative menu offering some really delicious food. The root vegetable tartare looks very much like a tartare. The short rib was very tender and the apple cortata was delicious. My biggest complaint was the service. It was far too slow for a weeknight.
