We stayed two nights on our way across country, at check in the staff was pleasant and courteous, even assisted us with a site change but once we got on our site and set up we took a look around, sadly, for a USACE campground, this one really needs attention. The bathroom facility on our loop was out of order (we were not told that at check in) and the area around it was unsightly as was the area around the dumpsters. The front entrance area is well maintained and looks nice but the deeper into the park you go the less care is given to the appearance of the park.

Great place to camp with reasonable rates. Only complaint this time around is the mens #6 showers. My husband told me that there was only one that was usable. The rest weren't functioning for whatever reason. Other than that all was good.

June 11 @ 10:53 am Waste of money. Way too crowded 😒 people bring all their dogs. Didn't enjoy of stay st all. People were so rude. Parents letting their kids just running everywhere 🙄 screaming n fighting. No place to fish. Our check out day wasn't til tomorrow but it wasn't enjoyable.

Been going here for ages. It's a wonderful campground but they need to lighten up the rules slightly. Quiet time could be a little later than 10pm and the no alcohol rule is pretty lame.

I think so, my neighbors ran his 12 hours a day. Just don't be "that" guy.
There is a fill point on the main road in the campground. Past the ranger station, before the first bathroom, on the left.

There is no charge to enter the camp to go to someone's site.
You can stay to weeks in the same loop and then you have to move to another loop
