To whom it may concern: The city has outgrown West "bypass". At the intersection of Grand Ave needs a light A.S.A.P. To make a left or right turn is becomingly more dangerous. Also from Scenic to the west bypass, Grand Ave. needs sidewalks on both sides of the road. If you have a child in attendance at Parkview H.S., then they are forced to walk in the road.
