The pickup service is fine but I'm bailing due to price increases since GFL took over. My bill went from $45 every three months to $78 every three months. I'll be switching prior to the end of this billing cycle.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They never come and pick up your trash. You have to call in to the call center, wait forever on hold, and then ask them to come pick up your trash AGAIN. After they miss you on your usual pick up day. Don’t bother and don’t waste your time!

I had been with WCA for six years had excellent service. I stayed with GFL when they bought the company. Trash pick up is inconsistent with pick up times and trash is not always picked up. I am sorry I paid them by the year
