had an appointment for 4:30 they didn’t start working on me until around 5:40 while i was getting my nails done the lady who was doing mine kept walking away to help other people and left me waiting for another 20 minutes. Went in for a second time to fix a nail i broke the guy yelled at me because i didn’t put my nail back in the machine. Overall poor service and waste of my time and money

I love Kevin and Lynn, but today I get hit for an extra charge of removing my gel polish on my toes for my pedicure, which was done here 2 weeks ago and then an extra $5 for a certain shape of nail. I went from oval to almond. They've priced me right out of coming back, I can't afford the cost every 2 or 3 weeks.

I would never go here again. I was hassled 5 times about getting a more expensive pedicure service. I also was figuring out the different settings on the chair, and the nail tech switched it. The pedicure only lasted 15 min and it cost $31. Not worth the money.
