I had liver and onions, and it was delicious! The liver was tender and the rice pilaf was delicious also.

The liver and onions was good not exceptional, but good. My steak was cooked how I asked, good job to the cook. The services was well beyond what I expected. Super polite, nice, and friendly she was. I ordered a bit complicated as I tend to go hard when I eat out-the server handled it with grace and ease.

1st Time here in Highlands, California this Restaurant is called Pepper Steak now this Restaurant I like, their Meatloaf Plate was Delicious, Rolls mmm good, Tea good, sides Delicious and The Prices very Reasonable. Loved it.

They are open, we sat on patio and had a great dinner, Thanks to the owners for knowing when the government and governor Newsom have overstepped their authority and used common sense to open this Great place to eat. God bless AMERICA
They do serve beer and wine. They have specials that range anywhere from 7 to $15 per entree.
