I'm a little biased bc I'm in love w their whiskey-glazed chicken tenders. Their food is reliably good. Probably my one of my preferred chain restaurants if I have to choose. Update 04/13: went to get my standards chicken tenders and Caesar salad. The portion of chicken tenders has shrunk dramatically. I asked the manager, who said they (upper mgmt? corporate? whoever.) recently began cracking down on "over filling" orders. He made it better immediately, which was appreciated. But now, I probably won't come back for that item, which was 90% of my patronage. Those chicken tenders cost $14 per order. So to go from a large to-go to a small to-go makes it a trash deal. You wanna make the portion nearly half the size? Make the price reflect that. Who's gonna continue paying $14 for an item the same size as a side salad?

Will forever support because of the professionalism and quality of the food. First time having something wrong and the manager fixed everything, talked us through how to get a refund on UberEATS. We placed another order just for one of the items and he even added the other item we ordered free of charge.

Been about a year in between visits aside from tonight. I have to say the new menu right now and the way they are doing everything up is by far way better than anything else they ever did in the past. As far as our menu choices I'll explain them out. We both got the strawberry lemonade (non alcoholic). It is not overpowering but a very relaxing drink. Although its described as a slushie, I enjoyed that it wasn't totally iced up. In case the menu doesnt specify it, these are free refils. IF you are a rewards member, make sure they know. This alone will give you the chips and salsa for free. I dont know about bottomless as we also got another appetizer. Their giant pretzels and cheese are by far better than anywhere else you can get them. Taste, texture and all are right on point here, and highly recommend (photo added). Both got pasta, which is plentiful for about anyone, especially with 2 other apps. The one with the crust layer is the shrimp and lobster. Beware, the cajun shrimp and chicken does actually have a pretty good kick to it. It's not overpowering, but the kick is there throughout. Overall, this was our best visit ever to any Friday's, and will be back a lot if it continues to be this great.
