Did not update my billing address with the information I gave them at intake. They sent my bill to a previous address which is a HIPPA violation. I was then sent to collections because I did not receive an invoice. I have 750 credit score and have 100% of paying my bills on time so this was very surprising. The gal from their billing department yelled at me and then hung up my phone call. I believe they have a history of not updating their billing address and others have likely experienced the same issue. Please comment if you have experienced the same issue. Maybe we can ban together.

i’ve been wanting to write a review about this hospital since i was discharged in dec. 2021, but i was so traumatized i couldn’t even talk about it. this facility is abusive and causes more harm than it helps. i was on the adolescent side of the hospital, and i’ve never felt so unsafe in my whole life. i watched so many horrific and traumatic situations go down, that i still have nightmares about to this day. the mental health techs are the only people who have even the slightest bit of empathy. i will never ever fully heal from this experience, but im learning to.

ECT with medical director Dr. O’Brien, and the other psychiatrists plus the anesthesiologists; coordinators Joe and Stephanie and the other nurses; Cynthia and the other technicians saved my life! I’ve also been on Torrey’s inpatient unit twice and benefitted from the structure and safety and support both times. Gabe is also a great chef. Thanks!

This place is literally like jail it's cold all the time you have to have a blanket wrapped around you 24/7 and the gel beds were the worst I had asked for a better bed bit got nothing the only good experience I had was the people I had soberd up with and the coloring books other than that you have to ask .. I mean beg for tv time idk how you don't lose your mind here
