Not happy with my experience at this location. Brought a central vac hose and brush head in for repair and diagnosis. $65 charge. Was told it was no longer being manufactured and after 2 months I was offered to buy a used replacement hose for $300. (total $360) They threw out my old hose (still worked fine without power accessories) without making this clear to me until after the fact, "you authorized me to throw this out when you ordered the used hose." I bring my new used hose and vac head home and they don't work so I take them back for warranty service again. A month later I'm told the used hose they sold me is broken, replacements are unavailable, and would I like to buy a $1000 new vacuum system with a $300 discount. I was very much insulted that I had already wasted $360 and 6 months of my time, and was going to be out a total of $1060 to repair my old hose so I took too long to think about it (the store throws away your equipment after 90 days) and all of my equipment was thrown out, including my still working power vacuum head. One year later and I'm out $360, have a useless central vacuum in my garage, and will never visit this store again. You can tell this is a common problem since my review is almost identical to Morgan Voorhees one-star review.

They are professional and helpful, although I’m a little upset paying $85 when the problem was just not putting the switch on the “carpet” setting.

I purchased a $1500 Riccar vacuum with EZ vacuum about 4-5 years ago. With a purchase of this expansive vacuum cleaner, there was a free rental of shampoo cleaner when needed. Just called today to pick up shampoo cleaner and pick up vacuum filter bags. First of all this shop didn't have me in the system as they transitioned to a new computer system and didn't care about saving info for their previous customers that have spent a lot of money there, they also didn't have shampoo cleaners, and told me there is no such thing. The previous owner was highly customer oriented and very helpful. Not the same with new ownership. I will not be back.
