There are no public buses on the fourth. And the only regional route running is to the Meijer warehouse in Lansing
Yes, it did. Monday through Saturday the last bus will leave the transfer center at 10:30pm Sunday's the last bus leaves at 6:30pm the only time this changes is on national holidays

No. MTA does have service that could get you there. It is called "your ride". That is a scheduled service by the individual.
