I’ve lived here since September 2019 & since then we have gone through 4 office managers & by far Maurine has been the best! She’s so easy to work with, she understands, & she is always on top of everything! She’s doing her best to clean up the Woodside Village property & get everything the way HUD wants it to be. Everyone gets mad at Maurine but overall they should just understand she’s doing her job & following corporates rules. Work orders do get done in a timely manor which is a plus! It does suck that our visitors have to park on the side of the street but if you think about it at least us residents have good parking!

The office ladies are nice the manager is working very hard to clean up the property So of course people are getting Mad Corporate of the apartment complex On the other hand it's trying to take out a way Our freedom You can't have grills outside at all The maintenance guy I cannot say anything nice about You cannot have visitors parked in the parking lot don't matter if it is for 5 minutes or a couple hours They have to park On a street that is very dangerous But as long as you are reasonable The ladies in the office will assist you in any way they can

I live here . I like it . A lot of crime seems to be happing here. Nicely taken care of . Could use a splash pad for kids.
