Hello! The age criteria for a standard unit at Whispering Willows is 62 and older. The maximum income allowed for 1 person is $26,750 p/yr. and for 2 persons it's $30,550 p/yr. If he's interested in joining our waiting list, he call call our waitlist office and a waitlist specialist can answer his questions and start him on his way to getting an apartment. Not sure. But its independent living for 55+. I just moved from there. The bldg does have units for the mobility impaired.
You can have one pet, 20 lbs. and under. No pet deposit required.
