Soundings, Brad and his team brought my faith back that true customer service with technology/audio/visual companies can exist. I inherited a very complex sound and TV distribution system using Savant in a new home we purchased. The Soundings team made multiple site visits to assess what I needed to move from our previous home, what we could bring with us for new home, move our old equipment, then set up our new home system to exactly how I wanted it to perform.
