Everyone here is always friendly and always quick to help the customer. Their name is perfect for them because their awesome customer service reminds you of a little country store. True value isn't always the cheapest chain, but I'd rather go there than the big box stores if possible. Update: our cat broke our window screen mesh, so the knowledgeable staff put in cat proof mesh. She still managed to knock out the whole frame, so when I went back 2 weeks later, they put stronger spline in for free. It's working great and my cat is happy to sit in the window again.

Great customer service! I walked in today expecting to spend about an hour in the store finding everything I needed and reading the labels to find what would work best for me. Instead, I was greeted at the door and escorted around the store to find each item on my list. Even having 2 keys made (which work, btw!), I was in and out in about 10 minutes. This is my new go-to hardware store.
