Yes they are open.
20$ for individual lashes, 10$ for strip lashes. You can bring your own but you don't have to.
They do an amazing job. I travel from Connecticut to go there because they are that good. They make the eyelashes look natural and they also do an amazing job on eyebrows.

They do. But i find that the tint they use does not last longer than 5 days or less.
