This place sucks to live the managers are rude the people n the park are bad apples n sketchy characters not a place I'd stay permanent

If you want an affordable place that's quiet and family oriented then you have not found the right place. It's called country ghettos for a reason. Outrageous lot rent as well.
Yes, willing to pay. You would think there would be a lot of kids willing to make extra money. But I never see anyone . Need the driveway to the home cleaned.
Very UNPROFESSIONAL company and there employees are terrible especially the 2 ladies in the front office very rude they don't care about being professional because they know people always need homes so every one is basically a number too them

Lot rent is about 700 no it doesn't cover anything just like renting a house.you must pay all your own utilities and water bill if you have pets there's an extra charge depending on the kind of dog and size a dog

It depends on whether or not it's a 3bd of 4bd. My boyfriend and I got a 3bd which is 1,099. The 4bd was about 100 dollars more and that's if you dont have any animals. It also doesn't include water usage.
