It’s a perfect location for a urgent care but the wait times and staff really puts it at a 1 star. What’s the point of reserving a time and you still have to wait over 2 hours just to get seen. 10 minutes is pushing it but telling people over an hour is really sad. If they don’t have enough staff here, they should just close it until they do.

The wait to see a doctor was a bit long at this Urgent Care!!!!!!

It was only a 20 minute wait and the doctor was so incredibly friendly. Usually in urgent care it feels like they are just trying to rush you along to get to the next person, but the doctor hear listened to my concerns, put me at ease and was able to conduct a chest X-ray on me in the same visit. The staff was also very friendly. So appreciative :)
