Rachel behind the bar was an excellent guide. The Hart saison was possibly the best beer I’ve ever had. I was almost salivating over how amazing this beer was. Thank you, Holy Mountain Brewery, for a fantastic brewery experience!! Also, your merch is awesome!

Holy Mountain *is* the holy mountain of beer in the PNW. Stretch your mind, and take in Belgian/French inspired ales. Relax, and rely without care on true quality with a barrel aged dark ale, or a crafted IPA to tease out an amazing and inviting aroma or a flourishing finish across your palate. Genuine craft and skill--HM is stellar in the world no doubt. Look for their collabs as well and follow their "disciples"/companions too as it does rub off, and we are all rewarded for it (e.g. FG, E9, et al.). But cannot recommend more to stop in once in awhile at Interbay and just slow down and enjoy the visit. There is a pizzeria now next door which is really welcome too. (。•̀ᴗ-)و ̑̑✧

Stopped by on the bus coming back from Fremont area breweries. Decent selection. The King's Head Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout was really good. The other was Infinite Divine. Place is big. Service was friendly and they had plenty of cans and bottles to go.

Nice place. Good beer. Found this brewery on the way back from Fremont Brewing, via Google. I would have given it more stars but compared to Fremont, it’s just not as good. But the staff was friendly and the Pale ale was delicious. One turn off is the dog policy, no dogs allowed in the bar or on the outside deck. Cool warehouse atmosphere.
