Water line leaking under my house. City charged $75 to turn water off n another $75 to turn back on. The problem could not be repaired the same day. Called to see if possible on some type of help with the amount but no luck!! Strict policy. Alot of money when you are low income n a single parent of two!!

Moved here two years ago , have been clipped by two cars while biking both times police say bikes shouldn’t be on the edge of the road ( opposite of state law ) and refuse to take a police report. Rochester hills police department artificially lowers there crime rate by refuses to take reports. Home owners who bought a house in Rochester hills should have a class action lawsuit over it because the area is less safe and valuable than the numbers police reported.

Where should I mail a request form to spoil absent voter ballot

Maria Alvarez-Valero | Nov 3, 2020
Rochester Hills City Hall | Nov 3, 2020

Hello Maria! Thank you for your question. If a voter has already voted absentee and wishes to change their vote (because the candidate has dropped out of the race, or for any other reason), a voter can spoil their ballot by submitting a written request to their city or township clerk. The voter must sign the request and state if they would like a new absentee ballot mailed to them or if they will pick it up in person at the clerk’s office. This request must be received by 5 p.m. the Friday before the election if received by mail. An absentee ballot that has been returned to the clerk may be spoiled in person at the clerk’s office until 10 a.m. the Monday prior to the election. An absentee ballot that has not been returned to the clerk may be spoiled in person at the clerk’s office until 4 p.m. the Monday prior to the election. Hi, I want to find out if I had a Egress Window in the basement, could I put a bedroom in the basement? If so, would the egress window have to be in the Base Bedroom? What are the City requirements for a bedroom in the basement?

I am pretty sure most cities are the same. Yes you must at least have an Egress window to have a bedroom in the basement and no the window doesn't have to be in the bedroom.
