The ladies constantly talked about other customers in a negative tone. Also the tips were not glued right to a point where my first nail came off the same week and when i went back, i was charged $10 and the lady didnt even do a good job fixing it. Would not recommend and will never go back.

Honestly, I dread coming to this place the only reason why I go because I’m always busy and it’s the only one closest to my house but I’m changing because I dread coming here and I hate going there. Not only that what makes everything 10x worse is the receptionist who talks to you like you have 10 heads and talks like a smart a** , and the receptionist rolls her eyes at me. The women work hard and they are nice but no one wanted to fix my manicure when there was a mistake. Everytime my nails need a manicure I hate the thought of going here I feel like there’s always something wrong when I go there and this started getting worse when the new receptionist ( tall brown Caucasian hair female ) I don’t expect top notch service or my feet kissed but that lady absolutely hates her life and brings on this energy Everytime I walk in.

I love this place. I am very particular about my nails. Mia is amazing at what she does. Always consistent and so nice and accommodating. I went to get a Halloween design and she killed it (pun intended) Thank you Mia! Tori at the front desk is the best. She is so nice and friendly. She is no nonsense and I love that about her.
