You can get that in city hall.

This is a police department and they do mobile patrols to ensure the safety and wellbeing for everyone.

You can make an ID by going to michigan secretary of state website. You can do one virtually, though they may also require you do come directly into the building if you already previously did this.

Usually you have to go to the courts rather than the police station. If you recieved the ticket in Dearborn, then I believe you will take it to the court connected to the back of the Police Station. Hope this helps!
