I called Shawn Weiss late last night. Not only did he help me last night, but followed thru first thing this morning. The staff that came to help us were outstanding, professional, respectful and kind. We had a death in our family and needed some professional cleaning. This is a job I would not even know how to begin. They came in and took care of everything for us. I giant thank you to Shawn and the ladies that came to help, you are the best!

We had water damage from an upstairs radiator. Water ran down the walls to the main floor and down to the basement. Serv-Pro came the very next day and checked all the wet areas and set up their industrial Dehumidifier right away. The team came every day to check on their unit and they did a fantastic job. Their team was always professional and kept us informed on the status. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. They made a horrible situation less stressful. THANK YOU TO THE TEAM THAT SERVICED US IN TAWAS.

Cannot keep track of book keeping. Couldnt charge my card over the phone after many attempts. So I drove to Saginaw and paid it there and they didnt record payment. Their collector makes threats she cannot do like saying she has a lien on the house, which was untrue. Among other threats. I believe this company is HIGHLY unprofessional and unorganized. I would never use them or recommend them to anyone. They have caused nothing but hassels for us after dealing with the 2020 floods which was unneeded.
