Today I went to 3 Autozone and in none of them did I receive the help that I received in the one on Getty Avenue. I’m extremely satisfied with the attention that Bryan E. gave me. He was a very kind, helpful guy and helped me with what I was looking for. I highly recommend this store and I already know exactly where to go next time.

Last night was one of the worst mornings in my life. Notice I said last night but completed it with this morning. The bottom line is my battery died on rte. 80 and I had to get a jump but in the process my man left me. However I went to AUTO ZONE ON GETTY AVENUE AND I MUST HONESTLY SAY THAT EACH AND EVERY EMPLOYEE WAS OUTSTANDING. THE KNOWLEDGE PROFESSIONALISM, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT UPLIFTED MY SPIRITS. THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST AUTO ZONE IN THE WORLD. THE CEO, and other BOSSES MUST BE VERY PROUD AND THEY NEED TO KNOW THAT THESE GUYS ARE UNIQUE AND SPECIAL. I WOULD DEFINITELY REFER ALL OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO THIS STORE. I WANT TO SAY THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING THAT YOU DO!!!

Very bad experience at this location!! Co-workers Very rude!! They not professional at all! They even wear A Ski-Mask in the store! Customer was fighting with them while i was waiting on the line cause of their attitude.! Don’t waste your money or energy in this place GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
