It took 3 calls to get through to someone. They're busy, I get that. However no one calls back when you leave a message. We finally got through and made appointments. My wife had a question and the person on the phone said they didn't have an answer but they'd have the manager call us back. Never got a phone call back. We get to the appointment and my wife's therapist complained through her entire massage. He wasn't happy that he was booked for a 2 hour massage. When she asked if he could rub harder, he said he couldn't. I had a similar situation where when I told my therapist that if they found a knot to feel free to rub hard and work it out. She just laughed. I could go on about their membership fees and rules but I'm tired of typing...

Please do not buy their membership! I have accumulated 28 services due to Covid & schedule restrictions and there is no way I can use them all. They make it next to impossible to cancel their membership. If you want to stop being billed (because obviously you’re not benefiting from the service) you have to pay to use your benefits, which is absolutely INSANE! Massage Envy DO BETTER and stop scamming your members.

I initially started off with a 1 hour massage and quickly graduated to 90 minutes due to Demond. His level of care, knowledge, and technical skills began to unwind the years of punishment I put my body through. My quality of life if definitely better because of his massages. I never knew the value of a good masseuse until now.

I booked a 1 hour massage at 12pm. I got there at 12:10pm. They made me fill out forms for 15 minutes. I was called to the back at 12:25. The masseuse said she would give me a minute to undress. She left out. She came back at 12:34pm. She massaged me until 12:50pm. Then she said 'All done, I will give you time to dress.' So ultimately, I got a 16minute massage. THEE WORST EVER!!!
