Bnsf Cicero will leave you un helped for absurd amounts of time. Hours wasted daily because they refuse to answer their phone to fix a problem they caused. Absolute trash management.

It's not the nicest Metra station. It's not terrible, but it's kinda confusing to find (it's on Cicero Avenue), and it's in a noisy area (lots of passing freight trains and it's close to an industrial park and two arterial streets). The station itself isn't terrible, but it isn't anything fancy. It has a shelter in case of inclement weather and it has large platforms. It's about a ten minute walk from the Cicero Avenue Pink line, and there are buses that traverse Cicero Avenue. As far as the area goes, it isn't terrible but it isn't impressive. I probably wouldn't go here by choice at night, but I wouldn't be afraid to walk alone during the daytime. There are plenty of businesses along Cicero Avenue, but the street seems better geared towards drivers rather than pedestrians. Also, your train might be on time, but it may also be delayed. It's just mediocre all around. Not good. Not bad. Just plain mediocre.

You have to take the train to Chicago and there change to the one that goes to elgin ..from cicero alone for aurora
Driving allow about an hour and a half,so you have time to buy tickets. its Sunday and construction in north Cicero take the Eisenhower, south take I55. If the Ike is really bad take Jackson east of Western. On I55 to the Dan Ryan to Roosevelt rd east Clinton or Des Plaines whichever goes north to Jackson to Union Station.
Yes There next to each other
