Rude driver on trip Chicago to Madison May 12th, 7am, 2022 That’s the first driver on Chicago to Madison, as another driver took over in the middle of the trip Also interestingly, the rude driver was SUPER RUDR during the onboarding process, when he ordering everyone to form a line in a way he wanted, then took everyone’s luggage and checking for tickets. However interestingly, once we hit the road when he’s driving, he turned to a SUPER NICE tone introducing the trip/bus with no actual emotion. This seemed odd to me but think again that means the bus had CAMERA MONITOR, and he behaved as totally different person in front and behind a CAMERA! Disgusting

The driver from the bus at 2:10 from the airport to Madison is alway rude and late, the passengers haven’t even sit down yet and he already started driving, this is the second time I have seen it

Absolute joke. Bought a ticket for a bus ride in lieu of a delayed flight. The bus was delayed due to mechanical issues so we needed to Uber for two hours to get to our flight and they refuse to refund us even though there wasn’t even a bus to get on. Don’t use them unless you absolutely have no other option.

Very negative travel experience. Showed up at O'Hare to catch 1:30 bus, Bus didn't show up until 2:30. Bus was so oversold that there were 10+ people standing in aisle. Had to catch the 3:00, which was also late. How about only selling as many tickets as you have seats on a bus. You could also tell your bus drivers that politeness is free. If they have something to say to a customer you can say it with a bare minimum of courtesy.
