Thank you, thank you!!! I can't say enough good things about Heritage Photo Restoration. They saved our priceless memories. We had several family photos that had been damaged from not being stored properly over the years. A few photos were fragile and falling apart. Others were fading, and a few had some moisture damage. They took great care with our family treasures! My wife and I were blown away with the results. They took photos that we thought were beyond repair and provided us with beautiful prints and digital copies to share with other family members. Again thank you!

Out of all the photo restoration places in Houston I picked this one for numerous reasons. They had a sterling reputation and are well known for restoring photos to their original luster including torn and damaged photos. Please call this business up if you have the same needs that I did when it came to family member photos. These people are awesome. Ask for Jack

I gave Heritage Photo Restoration 2 photos to redo. I recommend taking your business elsewhere as they like to waste your time and apparently get easily offended if you ask questions. First of all, expect to stand outside to conduct any sort of business. Not a deal breaker for me… . but some may not like this. Second, if you bring up anything technical or question how things are done, the owner will get an attitude and offended. We, the clients, aren’t photo experts — we ask questions to learn. We try to get informed so when you ask us to provide comments, we can do so more intelligently. 1st proof set— Upon receiving the first set of proofs, the owner told us “I know these colors are off, but we can make adjustments.” My thoughts: Why did you give me this proof if *YOU* (the expert) think the colors are off? This is a waste of time for the client. Especially when they have to drive an hr to get to the location. But fine. we will make comments and come back. 2nd proof set— Turnaround for 2nd proof was fast and I admit, they were nice in allowing us to come pick up the proofs on Monday (which is one of their days off). 2nd proof set was much nicer and very close to where we wanted to be. This time around we asked for the skin tone to be adjusted a bit to match the true skin color of the actual person. We were told to take the photo home and make comments. I asked, “you’re the expert. What do you think needs to be done to match the skin tone of the person standing right here? Can we make adjustments now?” I could tell he got offended with this question and rudely responded back. Upon driving home, we received an email that Heritage Photo can no longer work on our project. This is funny, because we were thinking how we should have taken our business elsewhere as the owner seemed very unprofessional. Save your time. Go somewhere else.

I just used this company to have an old photo restored and enlarged. Jack was amazing from the beginning. He communicated everything clearly and explained the process. He worked with me to make sure my photos were exactly what I wanted. The final products turned out even better than I expected! I highly recommend this company and can't say enough good things about them!

Almost certainly. Fading is probably the most common thing we deal with. Bring it by and we will give you an honest quote.

Can a photo be restored and framed if all I have is a picture of the picture? Thank you..

It would really depend on the quality. I would have to see it to know for sure.

My parents have a collage in a plastic frame. They would like a copy of that collage. We would do it ourselves but they are worried that the plastic frame could be stuck to the pictures. Could you help us make a copy?
