Simply terrible. They open one counter for two upcoming flights which works so very slow. Does not matter if you checked in because there is also only one bag drop counter with a very long line. Horrible management of this airline in this airport.

Awful service, the stuff at the customer service try to cut you off in every possible way. They cancel the flight on me one day before the departure and when I ask them for place to stay overnight and reimbursement they try to act like day never heard about that type of compensation. They booked me a hotel 25 miles away from the air port with no shuttle option. Never managed to get me something better. The reason for my flight been canceled was shortage of stuff. Well they charged me 1100$ for the flight and got no money to pay people to do the job! Ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN WITH LH

Complete joke. They are not a safe or responsible airline. If you have kids with food allergies, the air stewardessess will not help or keep you safe. They did not want to check the ingredients to determine a life or death situation. More training or new employees needed. Flew yesterday, LH437.
