Less than one store if I could. I was looking for a pair of simple sandal slides and decided to try this store. My husband and I were the only customers in the store . The staff was obsessed with watching our every move . No sooner than I tried on one slide, an employee rushed over to put the shoe back on the shelf; I was still holding the box when she took it from my hand. Supposedly she was offering assistance, which makes no sense in a self-service shoe store . Of course she quickly checked the box , why? I can only assume she was worried about theft. She opened the box to find only one shoe. I informed her that only one shoe was in the box but I wanted to buy this item once the mate was located. She seemed perplexed and doubtful when I mentioned a missing shoe. After checking more boxes, she confirmed that several boxes were indeed missing a mate, as they were likely used as displays. After she found a mate, she took the shoes back to the counter(making it clear I would not be walking around holding a box in her store). I did not get an opportunity to try both shoes. I drove all the way home (45 minutes) and discovered that one shoe has the correct label but is indeed two sizes smaller. Had she let me shop in peace and not hovered over, as if I was a thief, this would not have occurred. My mistake for not insisting I be allowed to try both shoes; I felt rushed and uncomfortable. Also my mistake for disregarding my discomfort and spending money in this store. Your store was empty and it is always empty when I walk by, now I know why. Now we must find time to drive back in order to return a 35.00 pair of mismatched shoes. Once I return this item, I will no longer shop in this store. Anyone with common sense knows exactly why the employees behave this way. I will be contacting corporate.

So i found the same sketchers for 56.00 and i paid 72.00. so disappointed. I called the store and of course nothing they can do. I won't go back there. The Coach store was pretty awesome. I can't stand when this happens. Should have done my research. I guess i didn't expect sketchers to cost more at the sketcher store verses Kohl's.

ZERO STARS IF I COULD!! ⚠️ BEWARE, THEY DO NOT HONOR THE SALE PRICE TAGS ON THE DISPLAYED SHELVES....After finding an item that was boxed beneath a display that was marked with a sale price tag on each color available, I picked out and tried on two sizes in the color I wanted to buy. After finding the best size, I headed to the check out counter. At the point of sale this item of merchandise that I wanted to purchase was scanned. The checkout associate (#115944 from my receipt, no name tags) was preparing to accept my credit payment with a hand held payment device. As I was now looking down at the device that she put in front of me on the counter, I briefly looked up to see the cash register digital display showing a higher than expected total amount for the purchase. I said to this associate, "Oh, they're not on sale then?" She didn't really answer, but just repeated the price that I was charged ($44.99) and then walked over to the display models that were both tagged with tags "Sale $42.99" and just removed them totally from the display shelf. This associate started saying something about "...with the busy car show this weekend..." Confused, I said, "So you're not going to honor the sale price tag displayed then?" She said, "Well, they were originally $55.00, so..then something mumbled". I then said that nearly every item in here is "sale" tagged (which I really noticed when looking at the women's shoes as well, since I was shopping with my mom). The other associate at the next register never said a word about it. No one else was waiting in line to check out behind me and she didn't offer to make any adjustment, refund the small amount, etc. I'm guessing she didn't even know how and seeing as it was a Sunday late afternoon, no manager was even on site. This isn't about the $2 dollars, it's the principle of business ethics and the number 1 rule in retail: the CUSTOMER'S ALWAYS RIGHT What a complete joke! Apparently, these "retail business" employees are not properly trained on business practices & laws, customer satisfaction and decorum. After going over to tell my mom still shopping in the store, that what I just bought was not really "on sale" and to keep that in mind since they are refusing to honor their tagged sale price, I left the store. While I was in the parking lot, a woman approached me to tell me that she was in the store while I was checking out. Her and and daughter witnessed this associate simply cut off the sale tags from both display models that she had removed and simply return them to the display shelf. This woman said that she could not believe what she had just seen in the store. She agreed with me, that it was against business laws to do what she did. Unfortunately, I didn't ask her name or phone # info and she soon left. Thankfully, I made this trip to meet and eat with relatives at the The Pine Cone🥞 👍.. otherwise, I would not have come here to just shop! The last time shopping here before this visit was summer 2003.. now, after this, THERE WILL BE NO NEXT TIME!! 🚫 BTW, THE BBB COMPLAINT IS ON IT'S WAY
